About the role
Cella by Randstad Digital seeks an experienced packaging designer to join our in-house agency team. You will translate brand strategy into production-ready design intents, guiding color management, typography, and layout from concept through print-ready files. This role emphasizes collaboration with Brand Lead, Design Project Manager, and regional teams, with daily work across packaging, shopper assets, and sustainability-by-design initiatives; remote US-based, EST alignment.
