Project Manager – Commercial / Multifamily Construction Raleigh, NC | Up to $140,000I’m working with an established General Contractor in Raleigh looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team. The business has a diverse pipeline across the Triangle and delivers projects across commercial, multifamily, education, healthcare, office and industrial construction, including both new-build and complex renovation work. They’re open to Project Managers from a range of backgrounds, but particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in either commercial construction or multifamily.
The Role:
- You’ll take ownership of projects from preconstruction and contract award through construction and closeout, working closely with the Superintendent, subcontractors, design team and client.
- Responsibilities will include managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders, RFIs/submittals, project meetings and client relationships, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.
- What I'm Looking ForProven experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor
- Background delivering commercial and/or multifamily construction
- Ground-up project experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling and subcontractor management
- Comfortable managing relationships with owners, architects and project teams
- Good employment tenure and a track record of seeing projects through
- Based in, or able to commute to, the Raleigh/Triangle area
- PackageUp to $140,000 base salary, depending on experience, with a competitive overall package.
