We are looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join a remote team focused on helping members receive clear information, guidance, and support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, answering questions, staying organized, and providing a positive client experience from home. You will be assisting members who have requested information, helping them schedule virtual appointments, reviewing basic program details, and supporting them through a simple online process. Full training is provided, and no previous experience is required.
