The Walnut Creek regional office plays a key role in supporting leasing, operations, and development throughout the area. Your new role Lease document preparation — Drafting leases, proposals, modifications, and correspondence.Primary leasing contact — Providing pricing, information, and materials to prospective tenants and brokers.Operational support — Managing key dates, data entry, research, and leasing actions.Marketing coordination — Creating presentations, reports, and marketing content.Database management — Maintaining accurate leasing records and software systems.Deal assistance — Helping with renewals and new leasing transactions.Networking involvement — Attending local events to build tenant and broker relationships.Administrative leadership — Providing high‑level support to the leasing team and office leadership.What you'll need to succeed An Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (such as a paralegal certificate) is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, including leasing support or work involving legal documents and commercial leases.Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing contract and lease documentation.Working knowledge of contract terminology and the fundamentals of real estate leasing operations.Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to support leasing activities.Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeWhat you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary, along with eligibility for a 10% annual bonus.
