ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide exceptional patient service, educate patients, recommend products, process transactions, verify identification, maintain inventory, follow SOPs, support compliance, assist with merchandising, maintain store cleanliness, and support the Store Manager and Keyholders.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required. One year of retail or customer service experience is preferred. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Customer Satisfaction; Sales Performance; Average Transaction Value; Inventory Accuracy; Cash Accuracy; Compliance; Attendance; Mystery Shop Scores.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 30 pounds; work evenings, weekends, and holidays. LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS Represent Indiva Cannabis with professionalism, integrity, and a patient-first mindset while contributing to an exceptional retail experience.
