- Who We Are Looking For:
- Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
- Prioritize dog wellness and safety
- Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records
- Identify when/where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenter on schedule
- Assist in the creation of an environment conducive to teamwork, open communication, and Scenthound values
- Manage client expectations; resolve customer concerns, retain memberships
- Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
- Develop membership leads; Follow up with potential members
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager
- Effective communication with team members and dog parents
- Independently solve problems using Scenthound values and culture as a guide
- Attention to detail
- Time-management – ability to make an efficient schedule
- Computer/ technology proficiency
- Accountability; hold oneself and others to a high quality of services
- Experience Preferred
