Job description: Wanderlust Luxury Rentals is seeking a Property Standards Lead to oversee the condition, cleanliness, and readiness of our homes. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in well-run luxury properties, notices issues before guests do, and enjoys being hands-on in a fast-moving environment. You will be the primary inspector across our portfolio and Wanderlust’s point of accountability for daily house cleans, property presentation, and follow-through. You’ll work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations to ensure homes are consistently guest-ready and maintained to a high standard. This role also includes oversight of a prestigious boutique multi-unit luxury property, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to take ownership of a flagship asset.
What You’ll Do: Inspect homes prior to guest arrivals to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall readiness Act as the lead inspector for all properties, including a high-value and multi-unit property Oversee and coordinate daily house cleans, ensuring quality, timing, and consistency Identify issues, communicate clearly with teams, and confirm resolution Maintain inspection checklists and standards across the portfolio Serve as a reliable, detail-oriented presence in the field Who This Is Great For Someone with hospitality, property management, or estate experienceA strong communicator who likes accountability and follow-throughA hands-on operator who prefers being in the field rather than behind a desk Bonus if you have: Experience in private estate management, boutique hotels, or VIP guest services Familiarity with smart home tech, high-end furnishings, or luxury service protocols
