About the role

Mercor is expanding its AI narrator capabilities and seeks USA-based voice actors with native Southern American English accents for training and evaluating TTS models. The role welcomes newcomers with a clear, expressive voice and a proper recording setup, with rolling onboarding for ongoing participation. The engagement consists of an approximately 4-hour single recording session, with a potential second similar session if needed, exclusively for internal CX AI Agent use.
