Account Manager – Outside Sales Representative Defined Territory | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Broker Hunter is working with an established financial services and employee benefits organization seeking an Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working directly with organizations and their employees. The Account Manager will develop and maintain long-term client relationships, provide consultative guidance, and help customers identify insurance, retirement, and employee benefit solutions that fit their needs. The position combines an existing customer base with new business development opportunities, providing the ability to grow a territory while building long-term client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits:

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an established portfolio of business-to-business accounts Develop new accounts within an assigned territory Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and organizational decision-makers Meet individually with employees to understand their financial and benefit needs Recommend appropriate insurance, retirement, and employee benefit solutions Conduct benefit enrollments and group presentations Provide ongoing consultation and service to existing customers Identify opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts Develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory Defined Territory Each Account Manager is assigned a specific geographic territory and is responsible for both maintaining existing relationships and developing new accounts within that market. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory. Overnight travel is required. Training & Development New Account Managers participate in a structured and comprehensive training program designed to help them succeed in the role. Training includes: On-the-job training within the assigned territory Product and sales training Consultative selling development Online and continuing education Ongoing coaching and professional development
