This is a non-litigation position and will focus solely on employment counseling/transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide employment assistance in mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions
  • Advise clients in L&E related compliance, including worker classification, wage and hour, policies and handbooks, and EEOC
  • Draft employment and separation agreements
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of labor and employment counseling/transactional experience at a large law firm
  • Experience drafting employment related agreements
  • Strong academic credentials
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000+.
