About the role

Temporary Hotline RepresentativeAs a Temporary Hotline Representative, you will take inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters. You are responsible for creating a detailed ticket of each call, providing troubleshooting assistance, ordering supplies, and dispatching help to the Vote Center when needed. This cross-functional position will also support divisional operations within early voting (Signature Verification, Curing, etc.). The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to learn new tasks quickly. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad experience within the organization and contribute to various initiatives.The Maricopa County Recorder's Office (MCRO) is responsible for maintaining the Maricopa County voter registration records and for administering over elections in partnership with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The MCRO also maintains the permanent public record of over 50 million documents dating back to 1871, including deeds, plat maps, and a variety of other important documents. Our office serves over 2.5 million registered voters as well as 4.4 million residents across Maricopa County.
