About the Role: Insight Global is seeking compassionate and customer-focused Retiree Advocates to support a leading healthcare navigation and advocacy organization. This company is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes and satisfaction for retirees by providing expert guidance and personalized support. As a Retiree Advocate, you will serve as a trusted resource for members, helping them navigate healthcare benefits, resolve concerns, and access the services they need.
Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting members via inbound phone calls. Answer questions related to healthcare benefits, coverage, and member services. Investigate and resolve member issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Required Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and active listening skills. Why Join? Compensation
Duration: permanent direct hire
