About the role

Location: Troy- 9pm-5:30am (Sunday-Thursday)
The Maintenance Assistant position is responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of facility systems and equipment.
Essential job functions:
  • Sweeping, mopping, and handwashing the facility/equipment
  • Preventative and Reactive maintenance replacing facility equipment filters, belts, etc.
  • Operating a forklift- training and certification will be provided
  • Closing work orders
  • Paint Booth maintenance
Skills/requirements: Some computer experience preferred Must have valid Drivers Licenses Basic maintenance knowledge Ability to perform minor repairs Previous maintenance, janitorial or mechanical experience is helpful but not required Lifting Requirements: 5 75 lbs. Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly Pre-employment physical will be required What separates us from the competition? Hourly pay Paid Holidays Annual performance reviews
