About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for a confident, self-motivated sales professional who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Prepare quotes and proposals for products and services Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets Conduct market research and identify market opportunities and trends Travel to customer and prospect locations as needed Follow up on marketing-generated leads Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and production requirements Provide regular sales activity and performance updates Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent experience Manufacturing experience preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed Ability to lift and carry samples/products up to 40 pounds Advance Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
