About the role

Position Summary: The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for driving operational efficiency across the organization. This role leads process improvement initiatives, develops performance metrics, supports cross-functional projects, and ensures consistency across departments. The Analyst serves as a key liaison between executive leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and scalability Develop and implement operational best practices Standardize workflows across departments Identify and implement automation opportunities Manage operational projects from planning through execution Project Management Lead and support strategic initiatives Coordinate project timelines and deliverables Monitor budgets, milestones, and overall progress Report updates to executive leadership Identify and resolve operational roadblocks Process Improvement Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Analyze workflows to identify efficiency gains Recommend and implement technology enhancements Develop scalable, repeatable operational processes Performance & Reporting Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards Monitor departmental performance and operational trends Analyze data to support decision-making Prepare reports and insights for executive leadership Assist with strategic planning initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with: Finance Sales Client Success Human ResourcesITOperations Implementation Compliance Vendor & Systems Management Manage relationships with operational vendors Evaluate and recommend software platforms Support system implementations and integrations Ensure technology solutions align with business needs Compliance & Risk Management Support internal controls and compliance initiatives Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures Maintain accurate documentation standards Assist with audit preparation and execution
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field 5–8 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management tools
Preferred Experience: Healthcare, Insurance, or Third-Party Administration (TPA)
