About the role
Managing daily Deal Desk operations, the full-time remote Deal Desk Operations Analyst will assist in administering the CPQ platform, ensure accurate pricing and approvals, and translate commercial policies into scalable workflows.
Key responsibilities
Administer and maintain the CPQ platform, including product catalog and pricing configurations
Manage quote creation, pricing validation, and approval routing within daily Deal Desk operations
Build operational and executive reporting for key performance indicators and support renewal and expansion operations
Required qualifications
Three or more years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or related B2B SaaS functions
Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong analytical skills, including deal modeling and KPI reporting
Knowledge of SaaS retention metrics and revenue recognition principles
Proven ability to analyze data and automate workflows effectively
