Public Areas /Laundry Attendant General job description: Responsible for cleaning public areas of the lodge. FLSA status: Non-exempt Working at Alta's Rustler Lodge is the ULTIMATE SKI JOB! While not working we encourage our employees to take advantage of the world-class skiing outside our door and the great Alta community. Employment: Full Time Seasonal December 1st- Mid April

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Show up on time, in uniform ready to work Clean all lodge public areas, including lobbies, public restrooms, laundry areas, spa, jacuzzi, and pool areas, fitness center, business center, and other areas per department checklists. Disinfect and sanitize high-touch areas per lodge protocols. Vacuum public, office, and employee areas. Dust and vacuum. Maintain custodial carts and closets with supplies. Perform nightly turndown service. Launder all bedding, towels, dining room linens, and kitchen uniforms Wipe interior windows. Clean elevators. Empty trash in hallways and common areas. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Quality interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to multi-task. Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Hardworking and self-motivated. Work Schedule Shifts any day of the week 6:00 am - 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, exact times may vary Allows for ski time most work days but not guaranteed Weekend and Holiday work required No vacation as this is a seasonal position Accommodations Both live out and live-in positions available For live-in positions, onsite housing available in shared dormitory-style rooms.
