About the role
Gravitics, Inc. is seeking a Head of Engineering to own technical execution across core hardware programs. You will lead multidisciplinary teams spanning structures, propulsion, avionics, and flight software from concept to flight. You will set the technical direction, unblock teams, and represent engineering to executives, customers, and government partners as Gravitics scales from prototype to flight-qualified hardware.
