This is steady, year-round work helping families and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, or storm damage. What You’ll Do: Professionally pack, inventory, and transport contents from residential and commercial properties Handle items with care during fire, water, mold, or trauma restoration projects Document and track items using organized systems Safely operate box trucks (no CDL required)Work directly with homeowners during stressful situations with empathy and professionalism Assist with warehouse organization, vault storage, and content return
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, squat, and work in changing indoor/outdoor environment Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled conditions when needed
What We’re Looking For: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Prior packing, moving, restoration, or warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience a plus Strong communication skills Dependable and professional Willingness to work occasional extended hours when needed
