About the role
To activate voters and enhance their relationship with democracy, the part-time hourly Program Organizer will lead virtual events, provide participant support, and adapt to evolving program needs in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Lead 1-hour virtual events, managing breakout rooms and maintaining participant engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for participant inquiries, providing timely and accurate support
Adapt to additional responsibilities as the program grows and evolves, ensuring smooth operations
Required qualifications:
Experience in virtual event facilitation is a plus
Comfort with Slack and managing multiple communication channels
Strong communication skills with a warm and reliable demeanor
Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week within specified hours
Access to a computer, reliable internet, and a quiet space for hosting online events
