Position Overview:
We are seeking a strong Expediter (Expo) to help lead kitchen flow and ensure every dish leaving the line meets our standards for quality, accuracy, and timing. This role is critical to delivering a consistent guest experience and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform final quality check on all dishes before leaving the kitchen Ensure accuracy of orders, modifiers, and special requests Maintain consistent plating and presentation standards Organize and manage ticket flow during service Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams Coordinate timing for coursing and table pacing Support the line with light plating/garnish when needed Maintain a clean and organized expo station
What We're Looking For:
