Overview:
The candidate will serve as a GIS Analyst supporting multiple highly complex applications. They will collaborate with development providing advice and guidance, as needed, to development staff while working closely with Project Managers to ensure project quality, milestones, and deadlines are met. They will develop solutions and streamline spatial data needs through the maintenance and modification of existing web, client server, or mobile applications.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in GIS, cartography, CADD, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience developing GIS user interfaces, menus, and macro-level commands; performing complex spatial analysis; and producing reports based on customer requirements. Minimum of 4 years of experience with ArcGIS Online (AGOL) and/or ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, including Experience Builder and Dashboards. Minimum of 4 years of experience developing and maintaining GIS solutions that create, maintain, or leverage geospatial basemap information, including basemap creation, tile cache creation, and imagery analysis. Minimum of 4 years of advanced SQL experience, including writing database scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SSIS packages. Minimum of 4 years of experience maintaining spatial databases, validating data, documenting procedures, and creating and maintaining metadata for new and existing GIS data. Minimum of 4 years of experience with unit, system, regression, and automated testing to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and client quality standards. Minimum of 2 years of development experience using C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Transact-SQL (T-SQL), and Type Script. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps. Minimum of 1 year of experience applying ADA accessibility and compliance standards to technology solutions. Bachelor's degree required. Foreign degrees are acceptable when evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft ADO/ADO.NET, Git, Microsoft Office, and Helix. Minimum of 1 year of experience with Angular.
