About the role
We’re working with a national food manufacturer that is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is a 24/7 operation with multiple product lines, offering the opportunity to oversee all aspects of plant manufacturing and play a key leadership role within a growing, nationally recognized organization. The ideal candidate will have: Dairy Aseptic/ESL or aseptic experience Strong plant leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environmentA hands-on, team-focused leadership style Experience driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement If you have aseptic or dairy aseptic/ESL manufacturing experience and are looking for an opportunity to join a fast-paced, national food organization, we’d love to connect!
