About the role
Providing analytical and project support, the part-time Japanese Bilingual Project Analyst will conduct data analysis, manage customer communications, and enhance Japanese-language materials while working remotely for 30-35 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
Analyze and categorize Japanese-language customer survey responses and feedback
Support improvements to customer-facing Japanese-language web pages and collateral materials
Coordinate customer email communications, including invitations and follow-ups
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Up to two years of experience in data analysis and customer communication
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (reading and writing)
Basic knowledge of project management principles
Experience reviewing and editing customer-facing materials
