About the role

Reports to: Office Manager, Franchisee Essential Job Functions Ensures that each patient receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every patient, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product & program knowledge and all other aspects of customer service Conducts patient calls to include: appointment reminders, care calls and progress/patient concerns Utilizes phone system to answer and appropriately route all incoming calls Refers non-routine, sensitive and/or complex requests for information and other inquiries or complaints to the appropriate staff member Conducts all daily needs of the location utilizing the EMR system Responsible for the collection & data entry of patient registration paperwork & patient scheduling Processes accounts receivable transactions Accurately and securely maintains all financial services rendered and products sold Responsible for verifying the accuracy of the daily receipts and assisting with end of day reports as requested Ensures all essential patient records & HIPAA forms are uploaded into patient record Conducts consultations and Initial Assessments with patients regarding the Medi-Weightloss™ program(s) Non-essential Job Functions Participates in location marketing efforts and provides ongoing support to promote location profitability & success Assists with daily monitoring of inventory levels of office supplies Trains additional staff on daily procedures when requested by the office manager and/or Medical Director Maintains up to date, high level of program education in order to promote and explain benefits of program and products to current and prospective patients Adheres to all operational guidelines including but not limited to HIPAA, OSHA, and location specific requirements Participates in refresher training as requested by management. Refresher training may be by means of Regional Trainings, Onsite Support by Corporate Office, Boot camps, and eLearning Performs other office duties as required J-18808-Ljbffr
