IGL Logistics is seeking an organized Operations Administrative Assistant for a fully remote role reporting to the Director of Operations. You will design and manage SOPs, train teams across Charlotte, Forest City, Phoenix, El Paso, and Austin, and drive automation to reduce manual work and improve billing accuracy. This position supports warehouse operations and Domestic and International Operations, with compensation between $47,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
