A confidential organization is seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive new logo growth for an enterprise technology platform serving the insurance, reinsurance, actuarial, risk, and financial services markets.
About the Role: This is a strategic hunter role focused on complex enterprise software sales, executive relationship building, and full-cycle deal ownership from prospecting through close.
What You’ll Do: Lead new business development and new logo acquisition across priority accounts. Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, contracting, and client handoff. Build relationships with senior decision-makers and technology leaders. Position solutions across model modernization, cloud migration, actuarial transformation, ALM/SAA integration, workflow automation, and operational scalability. Partner with product, consulting, and implementation teams to deliver compelling client solutions.
What We’re Looking For: 5–15+ years of enterprise software sales experience. Proven success selling complex solutions with deal sizes ranging from $200K to $5M+.Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated new business development experience. Experience selling to executive stakeholders and navigating complex buying committees. Background in SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, modernization, digital transformation, managed services, or related solutions. Insurance, reinsurance, actuarial, risk, finance, or capital markets experience is strongly preferred.
