Rate:
$95,000 – $104,000 Our client in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Business Relationship Manager II to serve as a strategic liaison between Information Technology and stakeholders across the organization. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with a blend of business analysis, technical delivery, and stakeholder management experience who can work across application development, infrastructure, and broader technology initiatives. This is an opportunity to work across a wide variety of departments, technology teams, and initiatives rather than being tied to one application or technical area. You will help translate complex business challenges into technology strategies, develop roadmaps and business use cases, and guide stakeholders toward solutions that support their goals. With exposure to IT leadership and an evolving portfolio of projects, this role is a strong fit for an adaptable problem solver who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Contract Duration:
Direct Hire / Full-Time Required Skills & Experience· 5+ years of relevant professional experience· Experience within Higher Education and/or the Government/Public Sector· Strong requirements gathering and business analysis experience· Experience developing business use cases and translating business needs into technology requirements· Experience with strategic technology road mapping and planning· Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders across multiple departments or organizations· Ability to effectively work with a wide range of stakeholders that may change depending on the project or initiative· Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accountability and flexibility· Ability to navigate organizational complexity and stakeholder dynamics, particularly within Higher Education or similarly complex environments· Broad understanding of technology with the ability to work across application development, infrastructure, implementations, and other IT initiatives· Must be local or regional to New Orleans and able to drive onsite as needed; this position is not fully remote· Must be authorized to work in the United States without H-1B sponsorship Desired Skills & Experience· Bachelor’s degree· Application development and/or infrastructure project experience· Technology implementation experience· BRMP certification or related Business Relationship Management certification· ITIL certification or working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL· Prior Higher Education experience strongly preferred
