About the role
The Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team in Portland, Oregon. The COO will provide strategic leadership and oversight of core operations functions including HR, IT, Facilities, and capital planning to support NAYA’s mission and a multi-location footprint.
Reporting to the CEO and working with the C-Suite, the COO will build the infrastructure, align programs with organizational strategy, and drive long-term
