About the role
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Facility Condition Advisor to deliver comprehensive facility condition assessments guiding capital planning and asset optimization. You will conduct visual evaluations of buildings and systems following ASTM E2018-24, determine remaining useful life, and estimate replacement/repair costs.
You will prepare detailed reports and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, with travel up to 75% (some projects 100%).
