What You'll Be Doing:
Performing surgical prep and anesthesia monitoring for surgical patients Conducting dental scaling and polishing, including digital dental x-rays Performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and blood draws Preparing and processing lab specimens Assisting veterinarians in exam rooms and with animal restraint Maintaining accurate patient medical records
What We're Looking For:
Current NYS Veterinary Technician License required Associate degree in Veterinary Technology required Hands-on experience with catheters, blood draws, anesthesia, and surgery Available to work 5 days a week, including one evening shift and a rotating Saturday. Our normal schedule is 4 10-Hour days per week. Demonstrated passion for patient care and client service Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Team player who can also work independently to meet goals and objectives
