Overview:
  • We are looking for a talented Electronic
  • Hardware Engineerwith experience developing
  • IoT-enabled products, wireless communication systems, and smart technology solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced product development environment and can collaborate closely with electrical, firmware, software, manufacturing, and product teams.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, prototype, test, and debug electronic hardware for connected and IoT-enabled products. Develop and debug analog and digital circuits, schematics, and PCB designs. Design and integrate wireless communication solutions including Bluetooth/BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Thread, and other IoT protocols. Support hardware development from initial concept and prototyping through validation, certification, manufacturing, and production. Perform hardware testing, troubleshooting, and validation using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other electronic test equipment. Work closely with firmware, software, mechanical, product, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver reliable products. Collaborate with contract manufacturers and manufacturing partners on DFM, production readiness, testing, and quality issues. Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the product development lifecycle. Support regulatory compliance, product certification, and hardware validation activities. For senior-level candidates, provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, manage technical risks, and drive hardware engineering best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Mid-Level 5+ years of experiencedeveloping electronic hardware products.
  • Hands-on experience designing and debugginganalog and digital circuits .Experience withPCB design and schematic captureusing Altium Designer or similar tools.
  • Experience with
  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM)and taking products through development and manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies such asBluetooth, BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Thread, or other IoT communication protocols.
  • Proficiency using electronic test equipment, includingoscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers .Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams and manufacturing partners.
Senior-Level 7+ years of experiencedeveloping electronic products, preferably inIoT, access control, security systems, smart devices, or building automation .Proven experience leading hardware development efforts fromconcept through production .Strong expertise inwireless design, antenna integration, Bluetooth/BLE, Wi-Fi, and IoT communication technologies .Strong understanding ofregulatory compliance, product certification, and hardware validationprocesses. Demonstrated ability tolead technical projects, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices .Experience managingtechnical risk, product cost optimization, DFM, and manufacturing readiness .
