About the role
- Establishing, communicating and evaluating performance against goals.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous enhancement and implementing new approaches, processes, etc. Formulating strategic strategies and innovative concepts for expansion and progress of Design and Sales – New Model Development that are in sync with departmental objectives and financial targets. Maximizing profit margins in relation to Design, Sales price and New Model Development (production costs, quality, and manufacturing methods).Supervising and ensuring effective management of all aspects of client accounts to secure positive customer associations, contracts and amendments and a united team. Presenting new, strategic, business prospects from current and potential accounts and supervising the negotiation prices on new model projects that align with our capacities and future direction. Crafting strategic plans to reach annual cost reduction targets established by clients. Developing strategic plans to achieve new model targets set by our clients and directing those managing all technical discussions and aspects of client projects. Facilitate assurance and reliability testing for new models, materials and mass production products. Ensure ability to conduct all necessary customer specification tests and regulatory items by collaborating and overseeing new model schedules, staffing and equipment. Assess and assess warranty concerns to enhance product performance and reduce costs. Leading Associates through performance planning, continuous feedback, and acknowledgment to ensure understanding of expectations and attainment of departmental targets. Enforcing and ensuring adherence to company and departmental guidelines, protocols and work instructions by subordinates.
