Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Seattle, WA. The Field Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, visit prospective and existing clients, and present transportation solutions that meet customer needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with operations teams to ensure service quality, resolving client issues, and building long-term partnerships that support revenue growth.
Qualifications: Strong field sales and business development skills, with experience in B2B or transportation/logistics preferred. Ability to build and maintain client relationships, including negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with solid organizational and time-management abilities. Comfort with on-site client visits, travel within the region, and working independently in the field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and persuasively. High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to safety and compliance standards. Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries is an advantage. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
