About the role

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Director to take overall responsibility for a major £150m design-and-build project within an existing secure facility. The role covers pre-construction through delivery, commissioning and handover. You will lead the project team, manage client and stakeholder relationships, oversee procurement and ensure governance, safety and quality across the live site and interfaces.
