Property and Casualty Sales Specialist

Connecting with pet parents during critical moments, the full-time Inbound Sales Specialist will engage with warm inbound leads to educate them on Trupanion's coverage options and guide them through the enrollment process, all while working remotely and accommodating a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities Educate and support prospective customers through inbound interactions, delivering exceptional service via phone and email Build trust with pet parents by understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions Manage high call volumes while achieving individual sales goals and maintaining a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment Required qualifications 2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer sales or inbound call center environment 1+ years of experience in a customer service role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics Ability to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort using technology independently in a remote work environment
