About the role

Cengage is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Solution Architect (SFMC) to lead the evolution of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities. You will own the marketing-side strategy and roadmap, translate business needs into scalable SFMC solutions, and raise platform knowledge across Marketing, IT, and Analytics. This remote, individual-contributor role partners with Marketing Operations, Data, Digital, Analytics, RevOps, and IT to drive growth, better customer experiences, and faster
