About the role
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Resiliency Junior IT SME to support application resiliency, disaster recovery, and recovery planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze application recovery requirements, service criticality, and technical dependencies.
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) test preparation and follow-up actions.
Map dependencies across applications, platforms, infrastructure, and business services.
Identify gaps between current capabilities and target resiliency expectations.
Prepare documentation, evidence, and materials for governance and design validation.
Work closely with senior SMEs to validate technical information and maintain consistent documentation.
Support resiliency assessments and ensure recovery strategies are backed by data and evidence.
Required Skills:
Experience in IT Resiliency, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Operational Resilience.
Understanding of application recovery requirements and technical dependencies.
Experience supporting DR testing, recovery assessments, or resiliency analysis.
Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Fluent/strong Spanish communication skills – must be comfortable working with teams in Mexico and Spain.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in NYC/Madison.
