M & M Roofing, Windows & Siding is expanding across Texas and seeking motivated Sales Representatives. No roofing or sales experience is required. We provide training, leads, tools, and support to help you succeed, with earnings potential from $120,000 to $250,000+ per year. Roles are field-based in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Seabrook, and Beaumont. Competitive commission, W-2 full-time employment, and paid training are offered along with benefits and ongoing coaching.
