Job Description: Job Description Bison Plumbing Solutions Oklahoma City MetroBison Plumbing Solutions is hiring an experienced journeyman plumber for a service-focused role. We're looking for someone who can troubleshoot plumbing problems, explain solutions with confidence, earn customers' trust through dependable work, and comfortably use tablets and job-specific apps. Experience with Housecall Pro or similar software is highly valued. The ability to sell service work at the time of the estimate is essential to this role. You must be able to explain the diagnosis, communicate the value of the recommended work, address customer questions and objections, and confidently ask for approval to proceed. We're looking for a plumber who can turn an accurate estimate into approved work through clear recommendations and honest communication, while respecting the customer's decision. Commissions are based on the ability to accomplish this. This position is ideal for a plumber who enjoys solving problems, working directly with homeowners, and responding to service calls scheduled by the office-from the initial diagnosis through the completed repair.

What you'll do: Diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and components, including fixtures, valves, water heaters, water lines, and drain and sewer piping. Explain findings, recommend repair or replacement options, and obtain customer approval before beginning work. Use Housecall Pro or similar software to prepare estimates, manage invoices, and document job notes, photos, and customer approvals. Protect customers' homes and leave work areas clean and orderly. Coordinate with dispatch and the office on job progress, scheduling, and follow-up needs. Support renovation and new-construction projects as scheduled. Complete work according to applicable plumbing codes and company quality standards.

Required qualifications: Current Oklahoma journeyman plumbing license. Proven residential service experience, including troubleshooting and repair. Proficiency with tablets and job-specific apps, including accurate job documentation and the ability to learn Housecall Pro or similar software. Professional communication and a respectful, customer-focused approach. Dependable attendance, strong time management, and consistent follow-through. Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable for company vehicle use.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Housecall Pro, Service
Titan, Jobber, FieldEdge, or comparable field-service software.
Strong service-sales skills, including presenting options, answering questions, and earning customer approval for recommended work.
Experience with drain clearing, sewer diagnostics and repairs, tankless water heaters, repiping, and water filtration.
Renovation and new-construction plumbing experience.
