AtMobia Medical , we’re changing the future of stroke recovery throughVivistim® Paired VNS™ Therapy , the first FDA‑approved vagus nerve stimulation therapy designed to improve hand and arm function for chronic stroke survivors.As aRegional Director of Sales , you will lead a high‑performing commercial team responsible for driving adoption of Vivistim across your region. You’ll coach and develop Territory Managers and Therapy Development Specialists while building sustainable referral networks, expanding Centers of Excellence, and partnering with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.This is a highly strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and enjoys building teams, developing markets, and launching innovative medical technologies.What you’ll do
Lead and Develop High‑Performing TeamsRecruit, hire, coach, and develop Territory Managers and Therapy Development SpecialistsCreate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementProvide ongoing field coaching, mentoring, and performance developmentBuild succession plans and develop future commercial leadersDrive Regional GrowthDevelop and execute regional business strategies aligned with corporate objectivesBuild sustainable referral pathways and Centers of Excellence throughout the regionIdentify new market opportunities and expand Vivistim adoption across health systemsDrive predictable patient pipeline development and accurate sales forecastingPartner with cross‑functional teams to accelerate regional growthBuild Vivistim ProgramsLead program development by connecting implanting physicians, rehabilitation providers, therapists, hospital administrators, and key stakeholdersPartner with Market Access and Therapy Development teams to optimize patient accessSupport physician education and therapy adoption initiativesDevelop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across neurology, neurosurgery, PM&R, rehabilitation, and therapy communitiesMonitor regional performance through key metrics and business analyticsDevelop strategic business plans, forecasts, and territory prioritiesShare best practices across the commercial organizationPartner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Clinical, Market Access, R&D, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership to execute regional objectivesProvide commercial insight to product development and lifecycle planningParticipate in clinical initiatives, post‑market programs, and commercialization activitiesHelp shape future indications, market expansion strategies, and commercial best practicesQualifications
