About the role

Looking for a highly motivated experienced technician with a good attitude and work ethic to join our team at TSI. We are family owned and operated and have been in business for 35+ years and we would like to make you a part of our operation today!
What We Offer: -You will be assigned 3 to 4 quality leads per day minimum - You only have to report to the office every Monday and Wednesday - Company truck will be provided - High yield percentages for sales - Ability to make up to 150,000 plus per year - Minimal on call. We value family time and want to make sure you don’t spend too much time away from them.
Requirements: 2+ Years HVAC Technician Experience - 2+ Years Sales Experience - Valid Drivers License - Willingness to Learn on the job and adapt on the fly
