Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business intelligence and CRM Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven business decision-making and optimize our reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BI, CRM Analytics, Salesforce administration, data visualization and Ai tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and business acumen to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM analytics to support key stakeholders.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM Analytics to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support business processes and decision-making.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce Analytics and other BI tools.
  • Build predictive models for data visualization to identify areas of core focus for our Sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized data solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to customize Salesforce workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze customer data, sales performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure proper data governance, compliance, and security protocols within Salesforce.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support for various projects.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in CRMA, utilize snowflake integration
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Information Systems, Business or a related field 5+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, DBT, API integrations and data management techniques
  • Proven experience in revenue operations, building systems to understand business development and client analysis
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Familiarity with AI and predictive analytics within CRM platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Analytics, and data visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in analytics tools (CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI etc.)Experience in Data Warehouse (Snowflake)
  • Experience in Slack, Slack Bot, Headless 360, SF Coworker, etc.
  • Experience in AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Integrations, etc.
  • Knowledge of other data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
  • Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with data governance and data security best-practices
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant) are a plus
