- Customer Service & Administrative Support
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Process paperwork, payments, invoices, and daily transactionsAssist with cash handling, reconciliations, and record keeping
- Rental Coordination
- Schedule and manage vehicle rentals
- Prepare rental agreements and collect payments
- Process rental returns and close rental transactionsAssist with occasional rental vehicle deliveries
- Clean and prep the rental vans for rent.
- Sales Support
- Support sales staff with administrative and customer-facing activities
- Assist customers with mobility equipment, scooter, and wheelchair lift inquiries
- Conduct customer follow-up and outreach activities
- Help drive a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
- Operations Support
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, warranties, and DMV-related documentation
- Register warranties for mobility equipment installations
- Manage customer files and documentation
- Support inventory tracking and ordering processes
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as needed
- RequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDValid driver's license 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and customer records
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- PreferredExperience in a medical office, dealership, or service environment
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Cash handling and accounting reconciliation experience
- Inventory management experience
- Bilingual skills
