About the role
Responsibilities:
Analyze investment and portfolio data to identify trends, variances, and items requiring investigation. Reconcile financial records at the account and position level, researching discrepancies and coordinating corrections through resolution. Review private market, hedge fund, and other alternative investment documentation and accurately capture relevant information in internal systems. Partner with clients, internal teams, and external providers to investigate and resolve data or reporting issues. Support client implementations, including account configuration, data validation, user training, and ongoing operational support. Manage day-to-day client requests and proactively address service or data-related issues. Configure client environments, including accounts, investments, assets, classifications, and related system attributes. Assist with monitoring and administration of automated financial data feeds. Develop customized reports and analyses based on client requirements. Coordinate with technology and data providers on system issues, enhancements, and data quality matters. Collaborate with team members to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy. Develop and improve procedures, documentation, controls, and quality-assurance processes. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and proactively respond to evolving client and business needs.
