About the role
Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations to help homeowners decide on window and door replacements.
This is a high-commission, closing-focused role with paid training, a strong insurance package, and growth opportunities including an annual Sales Trip and tuition assistance.
