Senior Director of Client Engagement

Driving outbound campaign strategies, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Client Engagement will build and execute multi-channel outreach initiatives to generate early-stage pipeline opportunities, collaborating with Global Client Partners and managing a direct report in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, launch, and optimize outbound campaigns to produce a consistent flow of qualified leads across various account tiers Coordinate with Global Client Partners to execute targeted campaigns and manage pipeline performance metrics Oversee congress campaign operations, ensuring effective pre- and post-event outreach and follow-up Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 6+ years in business development, outbound sales operations, or demand generation within life sciences or healthcare Proven track record of building and running successful outbound programs that generate measurable pipeline Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools, including AI-driven prospecting workflows Experience managing and developing direct reports in a collaborative environment
