About the role

Sungrow USA is seeking a Commercial Counsel - Inverter and Battery to support contract review, negotiation and disputes for the inverter and battery sales teams. This role also covers corporate and compliance matters and will report to the Director of Risk Control, Commercial. Travel up to 10% with a full-time remote US work option; JD and US bar admission required plus 8+ years in solar contracting. Expect collaboration with outside counsel and strong negotiation skills.
