About the role

Cogent Analytics is seeking an experienced Underground Utility General Foreman to lead underground wet‑utility crews and own field production from start to finish. You will plan daily work, coordinate crews, and ensure safety and quality across projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, plans ahead to prevent delays, reviews drawings, and communicates effectively with inspectors, project managers, and contractors to keep schedules on track and deliver reliable results.
