JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative with experience in the steel industry and a strong combination of sales, estimating, and project management skills. The ideal candidate is highly focused on generating new business, managing projects from opportunity to completion, developing customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales and profitability goals. JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Manage and expand a portfolio of industrial and commercial customers. Prepare and follow up on estimates, quotations, pricing, and project proposals. Manage customer projects from the sales opportunity and estimating state through execution and delivery. Coordinate project requirements, timelines, materials, costs, and customer expectations. Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions to close profitable sales. Identify customer needs and provide steel solutions that add value. Build strong relationships with contractors, manufacturers, fabricators, and distributors. Monitor sales pipeline, project progress, profitability, and key performance indicators. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time execution and outstanding customer service. Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales, margin, and business development goals. Perform other duties as assigned.. JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferably within the steel, construction, or industrial sector. Experience in sales, estimating, project administration, or project management. Established network of industrial or construction customers is highly preferred. Strong sales, negotiation, communication, planning, and customer relationship skills. Highly results-oriented, with a proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets. Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Why Join Us?
